The In-service Training MOOC for the HR Trainers/Adult Educators is creating an accessible Massive Open Online Course for improving the competences of the project’s target groups, in the fields of D&I in the workplace, in combination with non-formal learning and coaching methods and techniques. This course ensures that adult educators are fully equipped to support organisations’ entry and mid-level managers to increase their knowledge and competences in how to build inclusive and diverse teams.
