The OPENWORK Managers’ Skills Development MOOC is a collection of learning resources having the form of an accessible MOOC comprising a suite of modules, with support materials and self-directed learning resources, that support interested entry and mid-level managers to develop those skills that will allow them to form inclusive teams, combating the risk of discrimination and harassment in the workplace and ensuring that inclusion and diversity is the norm in their work environments. This training course capitalizes on the ubiquity of new on-line learning environments and the pervasiveness of mobile devices and open source software.
